Exploring the Connection Between QHHT and the Akashic Records

In the realm of consciousness exploration and spiritual development, I was surprised to see not much has been written about the connection between Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) and the Akashic Records. As someone who has been both a client of QHHT and explored my Akash, allow me to guide you through how these two topics that at first seem completely unrelated on the surface are actually intricately connected, underneath.

Understanding QHHT

QHHT, a regression technique introduced to the world by the late Dolores Cannon, allows us access to the gateways stored within the recesses of the subconscious mind. By using elements of hypnosis, practitioners assist clients in relaxing back into a deeper brainwave state where a clear connection to the Universal Consciousness is experienced.

Before Dolores Cannon pioneered her technique, she was assisting her husband with his hypnosis practice when together they stumbled on past-lives of a client back in the late 1960's. It wasn't until later in her exploration that she discovered the possibility of connecting to the Higher Self, Oversoul, or Universal Consciousness. Cannon referred to this as the subconscious (SC), admittedly not knowing what else to call it. She found that once the connection with the SC was established, you could access information about the soul's purpose, the pre-birth life blueprint, contracts, karmic relationships, health concerns, and potential timelines that are available to the individual.

In my own work with clients, it appears to me that a guide may help with the connection to the Universal Mind, but at times clients go straight there.

With one particular client, the SC's response to one of my questions was:

"We needed her awake a little faster. Time is precious and there is not a lot left of it".

Katie: "When you say we, who are you referring to?"

"I am everyone and everything that she can and cannot see. I am what she has preached, somewhat in this life, but mostly in other lives. I am here as a collective and as a unity. She comes from us, she is one of us."

Katie: "Is this a place?"

"No, it is Time and it is Space..."

You can imagine the chills I got after hearing that!

Unraveling the Akashic Records

For those who are unfamiliar with the Akashic Records, it may sound like a daunting task to yet again have to learn another method of accessing information. However, you're already likely accessing it without knowing. Edgar Cayce, known as the most documented psychic of all time, would self-induce hypnosis to provide psychic readings for clients, providing them information about their past-lives, future in this life, relationship help, and remedies for health problems. In Cayce's lifetime, he had given over 14,000 readings, but it wasn't until later in his career that he came to understand the consciousness he was connecting with and the Akashic Records were one in the same.

“As above, so below, as within, so without, as the universe, so the soul…” -- Hermes Trismegistus

The Akashic Records are likened to an energetic imprint that exists on a non-physical plane, said to document every vibration that has ever been thought, acted on, experienced, can be or will be experienced for every soul, every aspect of consciousness. Everything that exists within this dimension is a manifestation of its non-physical vibrational equivalent. In this case, some say the physical manifestation of the Akashic Records is the Sphinx in Egypt. To further expand on Cayce's understanding that the Akash is a consciousness, this also infers the Sphinx in Egypt has its own intelligence as well, like an organic supercomputer collecting and transmitting data from every frequency recorded.

If you wish to deepen your understanding of what "As Above, So Below" and how everything is connected... there is a section of John Van Auken's book "2038" that really helped me. In Appendix A, he recaps the highlights of the Egyptian Book of the Dead (which you can read directly, as well), and translates it into modern language making it much easier to read. You can read it here for free when you sign up using my promo code.

To help integrate this complex concept, many people understand the Akashic Records as an ethereal library of all knowledge, or compare it to an intricate tapestry interwoven with everything that ever has, ever could, or ever will happen mapped within its design.

Bridging Past-Life Regressions, QHHT, and the Akashic Records

I liken a past-life regression to reading a book from the ethereal library, a record from the Akash. The book tells an incredible story with very specific details that may or may not make sense to you right away, but always has relevance to what is going on in your present lifetime. In a past-life regression, the point is to see what you can take away from the story as you allow the metaphors to unfold in your own life. In a QHHT session, you get to bring the book back to the library (Akashic Record hall) and ask the librarian (guide) why they recommended that book for you. The librarian, intimately familiar with not only that book, but every other book on the shelf, the books still in publishing, and the books not yet written, can answer any question you have as long as it's appropriate for you to know the answer. You may have the librarian be your guide or you may feel as if there is no separation between you and the knowing that lies within the Records.

Methods to Explore Universal Consciousness

For those eager to embark on this journey of reading their own Akash, there are many ways to do it. You can explore altered states of consciousness through self-hypnosis, QHHT, BQH, dreamwork, breathwork, yoga, fasting for vision quests, plant-medicine journeys, or use the help of others to access the information for you.

It's important that you set yourself up for success by first practicing visualization meditations. There are plenty available on YouTube, or if you'd like something more specific with the ability to meet with a guide to access the records, you can check out my guided meditations here. The good news is that with any skill, the more you practice and familiarize yourself with it, the more muscle memory develops making it more natural each time. Final Considerations

While connecting with the Universal Mind is life-changing, there are some things to think about like the importance of discernment and integrity. There is a balance you must find between skepticism and blind trust. In other words, can you take what you are given and act wisely?

Each time you access an altered state, it's important to know your intentions, and what you plan on doing with the information. Information comes with responsibility. The more integrity you have in your everyday life, the more integrity you have even in your dreams, the more information you will be trusted with. The more powerful the information, the bigger the positive or negative karmic impact it can have. So really narrow down your questions to things that you feel in your heart empower you and others to live out your highest potential.

The more you access universal knowledge, the more you realize the interconnectedness of the many different modalities available today. In this exploration of the connection between QHHT and the Akashic Records, you're not just on a journey within yourself; you're really stepping into the oneness in which connects us all. So, buckle up and get ready for a ride that's personal, collective, mind-bending, and, above all, your birthright to explore.
